Xobni is definitely great if you have Outlook. There&#039;s also ClearContext, and, currently in private beta, Gist, which works with webmail. I&#039;ve been thinking a lot about these sort of apps that add to our self-knowledge through applying metrics to our everyday activity. The other two apps I&#039;d really recommend you check out are Mint, which shows you how you&#039;re spending you&#039;re money, and RescueTime, which shows you how you&#039;re spending your time on your PC (websites visited, time spent using different applications, etc.).
