Hey ReportHawk team,
Xobni is definitely great if you have Outlook. There’s also ClearContext, and, currently in private beta, Gist, which works with webmail. I’ve been thinking a lot about these sort of apps that add to our self-knowledge through applying metrics to our everyday activity. I wrote a post about them, Self knowledge: Good for entrepreneurship, excellent for info overload.
The other two apps I’d really recommend you check out are Mint, which shows you how you’re spending you’re money, and RescueTime, which shows you how you’re spending your time on your PC (websites visited, time spent using different applications, etc.). Awesome to see you promoting useful tools. Keep it up!

Thanks for this post! Xobni is okay – Outlook Track-It (google it!) is also amazing for the followup function. you can flag emails to be followed up. Small toolbar/plugin!
